Frequently Asked Questions

For booths that are equal or smaller than 18 m²: Display area, lateral and back walls of white melamine, marquee and sign indicating company name and booth number (it needs to be requested though the On-Line Exhibitor´s Manual), heavy duty rug, one 110V single power outlet (the location may vary).

For booths larger than 18 m²: exhibit space, one 110V single power outlet (the location may vary); the heavy duty rug is not included.

For the two previously mentioned cases, utilities (like electricity, telephone, furniture, etc.) will be hired from the official suppliers included in the Exhibitor´s Manual.


  • • Staff who will assist you with any need during the Trade Show.
  • • Aisles covered with rug and the maintenance of them.
  • • It does not include cleaning services inside the booth.
  • • 24-hour-security services at the entrances and within the Trade Show hall, from the start of the installation and until the final dismantling.
  • • A package of printed invitations, which you will be able to distribute amongst your clients and prospects.
  • • Online invitation with your company logo, to share with your clients.
  • • A specific amount of Exhibitor Name Badges or IDs for the staff, according to the booth size.
  • • A description of the products and services for the Exhibitors´ Directory, a fact that will reinforce your participation as a valuable reference after de Trade Show.
  • • Preferential hotel rates for your lodging during the event.

Each exhibitor is entitled to 6 name badges for the first 9 m² and three more for every additional 9 m² to a maximum of 21.

When requesting the name badges, please specify if they are meant for sales staff, hostesses, demo girls, interpreters, etc. This is done through the Name Badge Request Form that you will find in the Online Exhibitor´s Manual.

IMPORTANT: The name badges will only be delivered customized with a name, and under no circumstances will they be handed out with only the Company name. NO changes or replacements will be free of cost.

The name badges will be handed out at the Customer Service Module, which will be located at the registration area outside the Trade Show Hall; mainly the Citibanamex Center Concourse. This will take place on Tuesday, November 14 as of 10:00 hrs. The schedule will be the following:

November 1410:00 to 20:00 hrs.
November 1510:00 to 18:30 hrs.
November 1611:00 to 18:30 hrs.
November 1711:00 to 17:30 hrs.

Additional name badges have a cost of MX $100.00 each, and will have to requested directly to the Exhibitor Customer Service Module located at the registration area outside of the Trade Show Hall, in the Citibanamex Concourse.

Exhibitors with areas equal or larger than 45m2:
Monday, November 13, 2017 12:00 - 22:00
Tuesday, November 14, 2017 08:00 - 22:00 hrs.
Wednesday, November 15, 2017 08:00 - 11:00 hrs.

Exhibitors with areas of 36m2 or less:

Wednesday, November 15, 2017 08:00 - 11:00 hrs.

All boxes and packaging materials ought to be removed by Wednesday 15th at 11:00 hrs. sharp; and the booth installation ought to be completed at the same hour. The Organizing Committee will not allow any type of booth installation after that time, or during the Trade Show hours.

Only the exhibitors and their authorized installation representatives will be allowed inside the trade show space before the beginning of the actual show.

Note: All dismantling and packaging activities will be forbidden until Friday, November 17, 2017 at 19:00 hrs.

Minors (under 18 years-old) will not be allowed inside the trade show hall.
Students will only be allowed on Friday, November 17, from 17:00 until 19:00 hrs.

All exhibitors will receive an e-mail once the booth has been contracted, which will provide instructions to access the On-Line Exhibitor´s Manual. If you do not have the access code, please request it to Each form has a strict compliance deadline.

In case the forms were con completed in a timely manner, the system will automatically block them. Requests will only be available by directly contacting the service supplier or during the installation days for the event.

Please refrain from sending any type of materials to the site via courier (FedEx, Ups, DHL, etc.)
